26th August - My Sweet Sixteen...

Woke up this morning, went to blog about last night.
received tons of sms and msn messenger message thoughout the night..
Wondering what are people doing at that hour....hmmm

Anyway, went to midvalley to jalan jalan with sis.
Really packed there..asusual...Then decided to have lunch in Kenny Rogers.
All of the sudden, i heard a birthday song.. But its not for me.
What are the odds of that. 2 person celebrating birthday at the same place.
Darn it..worst was... I NEVER GOT MY BIRTHDAY SONG!

When walking up and down in midvalley, I've spotted the shirt that my friends bought for me yesterday. It was in FOS....OMG, and I was wearing that shirt too!!!!!!!!!!!
I ran far far away..

When I got home, parents and sis left home.. So I was home alone.
To my suprise, Sherry decided to drop by..
She gave me a lil gift again... This time is a cake..(awwwww how sweeet)
She stayed forawhile, watch movies, did stuff...then err..went home...?

Smk Seafield Interact Club of 2006-2007 Name Cards

Title says it all,
I've just collected my name card from Brenda earlier this morning,
A few strange things happen in the 3/4 weeks process of the cards.
First of all, it took pretty darn long as we were suppose to get our name cards done by INSTALLATION! gaaaaaaaaaaarr!
Secondly, Our name cards sorta like TRIPLED it self,
Our deal was actually RM20 for 100 cards, which seems like a pretty good deal at first.
But it sure don't look like a 100 cards to me, Brenda counted and I'm sure her math is errr..good?lol and she counted 302 cards.

The main problem is....HOW THE HECK ARE WE GONNA GIVE OUT 302 CARDS!
take the cards go recycle better...hahaha!..
Thirdly, a few things was missing in the name card compared to the one I've design.
The dude there must have got jealous or maybe not professional enough to replicate my design..wakkakaka!
Or maybe..he just thought that was ugly and for the sake of our club and he remove it.

I've invited 20 of my and James's closest friends ( I guess ?) only..
This party was actually a 50:50 thingy..till James...the cheap lil bugger said this on his blog

And err unfortunately my poor poor wallet isn't big enough to cover for the karaoke alone.=S
So just a sorry and err..

This would be the worst day ever since the day I've started blogging.

Fallen sick.
Went for a pretty boring installation.(Stupid bands take half an hour to set up)
Screw up relationships.

But since he is so cheap.. He don't even wanna come out a single cent.. DROP DEAD!
Here's the plan, we're gonna karaoke till we're high and then we're gonna have dinner in Pyramid and maybe catch a movie there. or Shisha....if u want.. (I've stopped smoking)

Lazy Blogging

Its been almost a week since I've last update my blog.
Well, I've been LAZY and extremely busy this few days with lots of housework to do.
washing dishes, ironing clothes, cooking dinner, asking bro to order pizza..haha
Here's an update of what have gone through my life.

On Saturday, which is err..12 August? Played football for the 'haven't named' team against the Revos of the ex form 5s.. With only 5 minutes of game time. There was already the match first fight, it all started from an accident 2 footed tackle from my team's defender, the opposition just punched him and yelled at him.
Soon this became a racism fight as the other team consist of all CHINESE only against our team, which consist of Chinese, malays, Indians and even singhs!

The fight continued till the end of the game. We only manage to get a draw of 2-2 which was pretty impressive for our teams first game.

I did my oral test today, i spoke about the urban legends
I think i did better than the last time.

After school, we've finally had our post mortem..
Did some discussions and it got pretty wild at first,
Almost the whole bod was shooting at each other,

luckily there was someone to calm and made me felt way lot better..
And I wanna say thanks to those who backed me up to.
But soon, it all became normal again and we all felt better as we were just purely open to each other and able to received comments from others.

Finally another page in this blog,
Today's a Saturday, and I've woke up early for Interact Club's Installation Rehearsal.
Not much of a rehearsal but more of a spring cleaning for the hall.
Moving chairs around, setting the backdrop for the stage.
It was this morning that I've felt supersick.
My heart pulse rised again. Felt really awkward.
I've even got a soar throat and some really bad flu, maybe fever too.
Anyway, after the event. Sherry walked me back to my home to collect my shoe to try on for the installation. Unfortunately it was too big for her.. Really small feet she has.. =D
After she went home, I've took a shower and got ready for the installation.
I look pretty much like The Click Five if u ask me.

Went for the event already...chilled there..gave some briefings to the members about what and where about.
Then I've got my Editor badge, never looked so classy before..=)














Editor 2006/2007

The event started off with less than 50 people.
And ended with less than 16 people.
I guess Installation ain't the thing for SMK Seafield Interact Club I guess.
No offence though..
We're much better at the International Understanding, trust me.
I wasn't quite impressed with the way go on around with the BOD too.
To me, I felt that very very few of us gave us FULL 100% commitment to the Installation at all.
Thats why It results to this.
Leadership is important too and most importantly Responsiblity.
Do your task and finish them. Never wait till last minute.
Not really refering to someone in particular but to everyone on the Bod including me.
Anyway, after the event, Sherry walked me back to my home again.
I felt sick that time, but with Rry along.. It made me felt better.(sorry for the emo-ness, can't help it)
We watched Scary movie 4 which i've downloaded in my room from the tiny little 17' inch computer monitor of mine.
So much for THX movie.

My name is Ivan Kang
Kang is not a very common Surname among Malaysian.
Its quite rare as it makes the Kang's special!
Proud to be a Kang.
Anyway, Reason for this posting was because of school today.
It all started during assembly before school.
Things were going fine till I saw a BIG patch of Baldness of Mr(form 6 teacher).
Timothy and I were discussing about whether that bald spot there is a Kang's thing or what....
According to Grandpa's history, my family of Kang came from Guangzhou province of China called Chao Zhou, and started their life there.(details about Chouzhou http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chaozhou .) Which is pretty cool cause I'm an Immigrant. Crap!..
Anyway, Grandpa went from Chao Zhou to Johore to start a life here.
I suspect that Grandpa won't travel a few thousands miles by ship alone right?
So most probably he'll travel with his families to Johore eh??














So basically my hometown is Johore and even better is that Timothy's hometown is from Johor too. So maybe.....Like about 50% we are related.

But what about Mr. Kang???!
It seems like he came from Johore too...Does this means that he is our uncle?
that's freaky.. And a little worried too....

Another cool thing is that Timothy and I are Teowchiew which is a form of..err..
I'm not sure what u call that too.. But they're the dialects our forefathers use to speak back in the ol' days...
